Troubleshooting & Technical Support

When a problem crops up, an immediate solution is demanded. Technical expertise is not all you get when you call for help. The right answer is more important than speed. But with the understanding that time lost is money lost, you are always listened to, direct questions are asked, and the best options are quickly offered.

Telephone support is offered on either an ad hoc or retainer basis. Ad hoc — or on-demand — telephone support is pro-rated, based on the hourly fee. Retained telephone support starts at a minimum of four hours per month, charged at a three-hour fee; the ad hoc rate is used once the standard four hours are exceeded.

On-site support is charged by the half-hour, pro-rated to the hourly fee.

Help Desk consultations are available for those businesses wishing to create an in-house Help Desk and for those that need to restructure an existing Help Desk department. Highly experienced personnel are also available to temporarily staff or train new or existing Help Desks.
